Kaminari Rei Shizuka started walking her way down to the Sandlot, the Struggle was to start soon and she wanted to enter this year. There was a notice board to the left of the of the Struggle stage with all the rules. She walked up to the notice board and grabbed one of the entry forms for the Struggle. She went to sit on one of the benches and sat down to start filling out the form. She only wanted to do the Struggle this year because there were next to no girls, if any at all, in the Struggle from year to year and they never got far into the competition. She was determined to at least make it to the semi-finals. If lady luck was on her side though, she would go all the way to the championship match. The entry form was monotonous to fill out and she made sure to bring an envelope with her so that she could put the five munny entry fee in with it and put it in the entry box. She finished filling out the form and put the five munny in the envelope before sealing it and putting her name on the front of the envelope.
She walked over and dropped her entry into the box and turned around to face her sister. "And that's that! I am officially signed up for the Struggle this summer!" She exclaimed. "So, what next? What do you wanna do? The teenagers are bound to be out of school for the summer shortly."

Pandora Elise Kross walks with her sister up to the Struggle ballet entry. Though she does not enjoy violence, she gives her loving sister full support in her passion to become the Struggle Champion. Always by Kaminari's side, Pandora is a faithful and honest sister yet very reserved.
She smiled at her sister, "well we can always go visit Hayner and the gang, they did just let out of school for the summer."

"Alright, you wanna head up towards Tram Common to meet the gang there? I mean, we can dick around on skateboards until they get there." She thought to herself for a moment. "We could always do some odd jobs for a little while. Earn some extra munny. Never know what we'll need it for. Y'know maybe we can actually end up going to the beach this year!" She kind of rambled on, just waiting for a response from Pandora.

Smiling, Pandora nods walking with her. She was never one for words just actions, and Kaminari always understood her sister, even if anything wasn't actually said. They reach the notice board for the Help wanted ads, and Pandora glances them over.

"Oh look, there's one I could do. There's one for mail delivery. You have to be able skateboard to do it, sounds right up my alley." She decided on her job quickly. "Do you see anything that strikes you, Pan?" She asked her sister quickly.

Pandora smiles "yes I would like to push the cart up hill, it seems easy enough with my, you know talent" Pandora laughs softly nudging her sister's arm.
The truth is that Pandora was a pretty weak girl even from the beginning, she has always had a soft spot for helping others though. it may just be in her nature, but she never thought her physical weaknesses made her any less of a strong person, and Kaminari was always very eager to remind her sister of her inner strengths. They parted their ways and inquired about the jobs they were interested in.
"okay, let's do this!" Pandora declared as she made her descent to the hill's bottom to retrieve the cart. She readied her Struggle stick and swung.

"Alright, let's do this then." She said splitting from her sister and heading to the top of the hill to inquire about the mail delivery. It seemed easy enough, she just had to deliver a couple of letters while going down the hill on her skateboard. She started at the top of the hill and started to quickly gain speed to deliver the mail in about a minute and a half flat. The last letter actually went to the woman who had put up the job posting in the first place. She had finished in record time, the woman paid her about fifty munny. She returned to the notice board in the Tram Common to wait for Pandora to be done with her own odd job. She just kind of sat down to wait, she figured it would take Pandora much longer to get the cart up the hill than it took her to deliver mail going down the hill.

Panting and sweating Pandora makes it up the hill just at the perfect time earning 25 Munny. She slowly walks down the hill making it to the Tram Common. The man was kind enough to give Pandora a water because he knows her physical struggle, everyone knows that Pandora suffers from acute Anorexia Nervosa. Yet she presses on not letting it bother her in the slightest, making each day better than the last she continues by the side of Kaminiari and Satoshi. The whole town applauds her strengths and supports the two sisters.
"he..hey sis...he, he gave me..water again" Pandora chokes out as she gulps down the bottle of water.

"Hey, you alright? You look a little fatigued after that. You still sure you wanna hang out with the crew when they get here?" She had concern in her voice as she got up from where she was sitting. "We could get some ice cream to cool off if you want." She started wandering around a little bit as she talked. She jumped on her skateboard and just traveled around her sister waiting for a response. She was bored and needed something to do today. The Struggle didn't start until Thursday, for the preliminaries. The finals were always held on Friday and attracted the biggest crowd. She knew that she'd be super bored until then, until she got to kick boys butts. She was itching for a good fight. She always took into consideration what Pandora wanted to do though, she knew that with her condition she didn't always have the energy to do what she, herself, did. She hated seeing her sister push herself too far too.

Pandora smiled and took her sisters hands catching her breath "I am perfectly fine to go see the gang I know you're itching to see Hayner." She laughs at her own joke lightly. She begins to make her way up the hill smiling brightly, Pandora never wanted Kaminari to see the weaknesses inside her heart. She sips her water monitoring her pace and breathing. Pandora wishes to be like her sister carefree, full of energy. She envied her very physical health and stature. Her confidence and the way she carried herself and her emotions.
They make their way to the top of the hill as the trio hops off the bus for the summer. Hayner turns to Kaminari "what's up, pansycake?"

Kaminari walked with her sister to where the gang would get off the bus for the last time this year. She rolled her eyes hard as Hayner called her a pansycake. "Oh, please, we'll see who the pansycake really is on Thursday and Friday." He looked at her curiously. "That's right, jerk! This girl right here signed up for the Struggle competition this year! Aaaaand, she's gonna kick your ass." She said smugly, smiling as she pointed to herself with her thumb. "So, what did you all get assigned for summer homework this year? And more importantly, what do you guys wanna do with your first day out of school for the summer?"

Olette smiles "I wanted to visit the beach after finishing our report paper on the study of our choice, I chose to study classical music and the effects it brought people throughout history" Pence looks to the girls "And, and I am choosing to study either astronomy, or marine biology!" Pandora smiles turning to Hayner "Let me guess, Hayner chose to study nothing this summer hah!" He glares jokingly at her "Listen pipsqueak, just because you don't Struggle, doesn't mean I'm not taking your sister down!"

"Blegh, summer homework was always the worst!" She said after doing gagging noises. "Well, maybe since you're interested in marine biology, maybe we can finally go to the beach. And as for you, Hayner, you wanna go a round now?" Kaminari smiled slyly. "That is, if you think you're man enough to beat a girl." She said in a snide voice. She knew that if she fired him up enough that he wouldn't be able to refuse going a round or two with a Struggle bat with her. "But, of course, if you don't want to, we could always just go for a swim at the beach instead."

"YOU'RE ON PANSYCAKE! Olette! fetch my Struggle bat" Olette turns to Hayner "You broke your last struggle bat over the couch when you were playing--" "That's enough from you, Olette" Hayner retorts disgruntledly. "You lucked out fancy pants looks like we're going to the beach..." He mumbles under his breath Pandora laughs out loud "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, What were you playing Hayner? pfftt hahah was it Princesses and Dragons again?" He glares over to Pandora "WATCH IT PIPSQUEAK!" Pandora laughs to the point of a small cackle, then calms herself down walking away "Whatever you say, Lord Haynington."

"Oh, how convenient that your bat is broken." She laughed as he mumbled under his breath. "Let's head to the train station then, we have a beach to go to!" She exclaimed. "I'll race you there Lord Haynington!" She said jumping on her skateboard and racing away from the group. She raced up the main street through town and towards Central Station as fast as her skateboard could carry her.
