Hikaru was mentally freaking out. This would be the moment of truth. Would she care if he smoked this stuff? Shit, either way he needed an explanation. They say honesty is the best policy. "Well, to tell the truth, I roll these herbs up into cigarettes and blunts. The Deadly Nightshade is for the blunts and the Witch Hazel is for the cigarettes. I just hoped that you wouldn't mind this kinda stuff." He explained himself. He'd been doing this for two years now. The Nightshade gave off a really nice high and didn't have any negative side effects. The Witch Hazel was good for smoking when you didn't want to get high, but wanted the buzz to take off the stress in your life.

Shit, Zuki was probably gonna look at him like a grade "A" stoner. She would want to go back into town and look desperately for her brother and probably tell him that he was completely right about me. He might not mind all that so much if he knew that Haru wouldn't get so much self-satisfaction from it. Well, let's see how this goes.

Zuki watched in shock as he rolled out small blunts of Deadly Nightshade and put them in a box and into his pocket. He was nervously doing so. She knew that he was probably worrying about her reaction to the drug...well...herb abuse. Truth was she was relieved. "You smoke cigs and blunts too?" She asked with a wide smile decorating her face. "I do too. Only where I'm from, Twlight Town that is, th stuff we put in blunts is called Twilight Fern. The stuff we put in cigarettes is called Midnight Leaf. Most people don't know what the stuff does when its smoked, so they sell it to anyone really. Accept kids under thirteen, coz they figure they'll do something stupid like shove the whole thing up their noses." She explained feeling free now to share her stoner knowledge. She wasn't a stoner, but yeah she smoked the stuff, and yeah she got high, but she didn't go overboard with it. She wasn't one of those guys that was high all the time. *mental cough cough* Seifer *mental cough*. That guy was too big of a dickface to not be high all the time.

She got out some of the paper and the Deadly Nightshade and started wrapping her own blunts, it was amazing how far eight ounces of this stuff went. She also rolled some Witch Hazel cigarettes. She was looking forward to finding out how good of a buzz the things would give her, becoz they were definitely different from anything they had back home. They say curiousity killed the cat, but she didn't believe that shit.

(For the record all of these pretend drugs I'm making up for the different worlds do about the same things as tobacco cigarettes and a blunt of weed.)

Hikaru was simply left without words when Zuki started explaining to him about the drugs back where she came from. Twilight Fern and Midnight Leaf? They just sounded like they had good buzzes to them. He was just amazed that such an innocent-looking girl such as herself knew so much about/did this kind of stuff. He was even more amazed when she picked up some of the herbs and started rolling them into her own blunts and cigarettes. "Wow, I definitely didn't expect you to be the one that did this kinda shit." That was all he could come up with at that moment.

Another question struck him soon after he asked that one. She was probably thinking about which one she wanted to try out first. Deadly Nightshade blunt? Or Witch Hazel cigarette? Probably a hard choice since she, more likely than not, didn't know if getting high with himself on the tour was such a good idea with her brother being all Mr. High-and-Mighty about the whole ordeal. But hey, it couldn't hurt to ask. "Okay, first question: Would you like to try either of these? Secpnd question: If yes, which one first?" He decided to just ask and hope that she said Deadly Nightshade. He didn't know why, but he felt like getting high for a little while. Plus, its not like this shit makes you hallucinate, or really make you freak out. He knew this for a fact, this stuff just sort of mellowed you out, made you laugh a little bit at everything.

Zuki was surprised that he wasn't completely shocked with her. He seemed approving of the fact, he actually sort of endorsed it. Which was fine with her, she hadn't gotten high in about a week or so, you know on the ship with her siblings. Not exactly the best place to get high.. Especially when you're the one piloting the ship. She had realized this right after they'd left to come here. She'd thought back then "Dammit!". She could never let Haru find out about it, he'd never shut up about it.

There was a question on the table in front of her however. The question at hand right now was: Do you wanna smoke some of this, if so what? Hell, yeah. Of course she wanted at least a hit off of one of these magical blunts of Halloween Town. The answer was: Yes, Deadly Nightshade, please. So, she figured that she might as well just answer rather than hold up the happening and stall this good time. "Hell yeah, Deadly Nightshade, please." She answered flicking her fingers, lighting a flame in her hand. Yeah, so she was bored and practiced her magic...so what?

Hikaru was more than happy when she answered with a yes. And for Deadly Nightshade too. Yes! This should definitely make things interesting. He picked up one of his blunts and handed it to her and grabbed one for himself as well. There was no way that he wasn't getting high if she was. He lit his and took a nice long drag on it. The smoked tingled in his lungs, you;d say that it kind of tickled if you didn't know any better. He could feel the Nightshade taking full affect when he saw Lock, Shock, and Barrel fighting off in the distance and he just giggled at them. As usual, everything was a little bit funnier.

"So, where would you like to go after we're done here?" He asked Zuki. He didn't realize at the moment that she probably didn't know many places to go in Halloween Town. "The Midnight Rose is in bloom this time of the year out by the hill. If that interests you at all?" He offered, trying to remember the way to the hill. He knew that there was a way to the hill through the newer part of the graveyard. He figured that through the graveyard, and as far away from all the townsfolk and Haru, wouldbe the best route to get there. Putting into consideration their awareness probably wasn't the best right now. That and he didn't want to be caught by Haru and him be like: "You only took my sister on a private tour to get her high and then defile her." And blah blah blah fine print. He soooo didn't want that, he'd never be able to hang out with Zuki again.

Zuki lit the blunt that Hikaru had handed her amd then took a deep drag on it. She felt the smoke fill into her lungs. It felt strange, not like the shit that they'd had back in Twilight Town, this shit was more potent. Than one of them at least, she could't remember which one though for the life of her. This smoke, when it filled her lungs, burnt a little bit, but at the same time the tingle felt nice. This shit would definitely fuck you up if you smoked too much of it. So, this was the magic of Deadly Nightshade. She'd definitely have to thank Hikaru for this later when she would be more sober.

So, there was the question on the table of "Would you like to go see the roses that are in bloom out on the hill?" If it was that cool ass twisty, curly-Q hill, then hellz yeah she wanted to go see them. She'd dreamt of just sitting on that hill when she was a child. Now the chance to was dangling in front of her face. Of course, she was going to take it. "I'd love to go seee the roses, plus I've always wanted to see that hill too." She finally answered Hikaru. She couldn't wait until they left to go. She'd hoped that something interesting would happen while they were at The Hill. Not sex or anything like that, just a kiss maybe. That hill had to be magical, why else would it be twisty like that?

Hikaru was excited when she said yes to going to The Hill. It was one of his favorite places in town, that is when dad wasn't there. He'd always loved that hill, ever since he'd gotten here...from wherever he'd been before. That hill had to be magic, but then again what here wasn't? That hill just had a certain grasp to it. Once you've seen it you just have to go check it out. So, when were they to depart? As soon as possible of course. Which would be in about five minutes when the high started to wear off. He'd be able to remember the way from here to there, without getting lost, and they'd be on their way.

*five minutes later* "Alright, we can start heading over to The Hill, now that I remember the way." He couldn't help, but giggle. He was still very high, but sober enough to get them to The Hill, just as their highs wore off. He grabbed Zuki by the hand and led her through the old graveyard and towards the front gates of the whole damn place. Through the new cemetery gates and to the left led them to the way they needed to go. He could see The Hill from atop of the one they were on. He continued down that hill and towards the special one. They made it just as his head started to stop feeling all swimmy. He wondered if her high was wearing off or if it would last a little bit long since she weighed less than he did. They had the same size blunt, but how long would it last in her? Who knows? Guess they'd find out. He walked her up The Hill and helped her sit along the edge. He jumped down for a moment and lept back up with a Midnight Rose in his hand. "Here's a rose. They don't open up in the daylight, but once the moon rises up, they open up to reveal this pretty purple and yellow design on their petals. This one is for you." He said handing her the Midnight Rose.

Zuki took the Midnight Rose from Hikaru's hand gently, as to not disturb the flower petals. It was the most unique rose she'd ever seen in her whole entire life. Becoz "A", there aren't any purple roses back home, and "B", what rose had pretty yellow designs on it that contradicted the purple petals so wonderfully? That's right none other than the beautiful Midnight Rose that she'd just received from the most amazing guy ever.

"Wow, this world will never seize to amaze me." She paused, thinking over her sentence. "Or should I say that, you never seize to amaze me?" She offered hoping that he felt the way that she had about him since the very beginning. She also hoped that it wouldn't make things to obscenely awkward between them. That is, if he doesn't feel the same way that she did. She slowly took his hand into hers before she did what she had barely thought over. "Okay, I'm going to say this very bluntly, coz its the only way I know how to." She paused and took a deep breath. "Okay, I really like you, and I have ever since I first laid my eyes on you. There's just something about you that connects with me on a deeper level. Y'know?" She hoped that he knew what she was talking about, becoz if he didn't she was completely doomed.

Hikaru was brought closer back to earth when Zuki took his hand into her own. Then what she did next, he'd definitely remember after his high had completely worn off. She confessed her feelings for him. And wow, did she ever say it the way he'd been thinking it for hours. He could tell that she was tense while she was waiting for him to respond. Of course he felt the same way about her as she did about him. He knew exactly how she was feeling right now. He couldn't let her stay as tense as she was right now for too, too long. He had to man up and tell her his feelings that he and her shared.

"Well, Zuki..." He choked. It had definitely been a while since he'd shared any of his feelings with anybody. And he couldn't help but feel like she was the only one that he could really talk to around this place and not be worried about what she thought. "Okay, well, Zuki. I'm very flattered that you feel that way about me." He choked again before he continued. "And I have to say that, I feel the exact same way about you." He finished taking his hands back before wrapping the around he waist and bringing her to him. Then, without any further thought, he leaned in closer to her and kissed her on the lips.

Zuki was ecstatic when Hikaru said that he felt the same way about her. And she thought it was cute that he had trouble saying it aloud. She was thinking of all the amazing adventures that they could share, side by side. She finally had someone to tell anything and everything. Becoz she definitely couldn't do that with Haru. She knew from the momentthat she had first laid eyes on him that they would share something special together. She never imagined that it would be love.

Right as she was about to speak, her words were swiftly stolen from her mind. She was suddenly pulled in by Hikaru, by her waist. Other than being left speechless, shes was left breathless as he pressed his lips to her own. She tried desperately for air, and when she finally had a hold of it, she kissed him back ever so passionately. She wrapped her arms around his neck and felt the safest she had since her home world had been sucked into the darkness.She never wantef to let go, in fear of losing thatfeeling of security. That feeling of security that only he gave her.

Hikaru felt her arms wrap around his neck as if she felt completely and utterly safe with him. He felt her lips begin to react to his own, in a passionate fashion. He traced the outline of her lips with his tongue, almost begging for entrance into her mouth. He left his one hand wrapped tightly around her waist and brought his others up her back to twiddle his fingers through her hair. He hoped that she didn't mind his thing for playing with other people's hair.

He was breathing deeply and exhaling slowly, as to not ruin the moment. His mind was racing. It was thinking about all of the things he could show her around Halloween Town. About all of the things they could do together. Yes, both normally, just around town,and sexually. But hey, he was a teenage dude. What can you expect? Exactly that. His thoughts on the second topic were, well, very vivid...which madehim slightly erect. It didn't help that their bodies were pressed so closely together. He really hoped that she didn't notice.
